  • 1998-present, Principal, Marsha Griffin & Associates, LLC, providing interactive design and facilitative work for businesses and educational institutions that focuses on team building, leadership and executive coaching
  • 1998-1999, Design and implementation of the Family Support Network for Columbus County Partnership for Children, Smart Start of North Carolina, Southeastern Community College, Whiteville, NC

    

  • 1997-1998, Design and implementation of change management and team building workshops for business and industry. Currently heading up the program development/conference planning division for Coastal Carolina University.
  • 1991-l997, Green Sea Floyds High School, Green Sea, SC, Director of Counseling, middle and high school levels, designed and implemented career/life work planning curriculums and piloted school-to work projects for the district.
  • 1982-1991, Horry Georgetown Technical College, Conway, SC, Director of Counseling and Job Placement.  Designed and implemented, FUTURES, career explorations center that served as exemplary site for the state technical college system.
  • 1980-1982, Horry County Department of Education, Conway, SC, Director of the Horry County Reading Crusade.  Provided literacy training for adults and for English as a Second Language students.  Recruited and facilitated 800 volunteers.  Wrote literacy promo scripts for Mickey Mantle, Arthur Smith and Loretta Lynn.
  • 1976-1980, Horry –Georgetown Technical College, Conway, SC, Director of Recruitment, student enrollment increased 16% in a declining student’s enrollment period.  Worked extensively with high-risk students, student government, college newspaper and yearbook.
  • 1972-1976, Southeastern Community College, Whiteville, NC, Director of Child Development and Child Psychology programs. Developed pilot curriculum for programs throughout the state of North Carolina.
